A Surprise No More...

~Surprise, surprise!! Finally gave Ajay his birthday gift, Play Station 2 and a couple of games. It was great, he was super excited about the whole thing, and it was very satisfying to see that beautiful smile of his. I also enjoyed learning to play the games... especially the ass-kicking fight games, like Tekken 4.

~So now we're in search of someone to modify the system to play burned games, as well as finding second hand games to play to build our collection. Suggestions for games that utilize the higher functionality of the brain, like trivia or mind benders, are readily welcomed!

~I've got a couple of weeks with the system to myself to learn how to play well enough to give Ajay a challenge once in a while, as he'll be super busy finishing the last module of his MBA. Check out his complete resume on his site, as I'm looking to relocate him to Halifax as soon as possible ;)

~Thanks for making the trip Ajay, I hope it was worth that bus ride from hell. xoxox

Well, let me be the first real person to comment.

I used to hate playing video games with my kids. They would play the game over and over for days, then sucker me into playing with them.

Once I did, they'd always beat my butt really bad. So - I no longer play with them. They tease me all the time how bad I am.

Thanks Fred. The spam was fun to see accumulate so quickly, but it lost its appeal in a hurry too :)

Sadly for me, it's always been my mom who was the master gamer in our house. That woman dominated Super Nintendo and Play Station 1 in their respective eras. She'd play for hours... what an addict!
